This week I am attempting to focus on my writing. I am having several ideas, but forming the story line has been a bit difficult. So I am trying to draw inspiration from the below quote.
What I'm Listening To: Brown Eyed Girl ~ Jimmy Buffett
For what my two cents are worth... If the storyline is unclear, just write little scenes that come to you-no matter the order. The story will present itself. Often, when I'm stuck and just can't see where Meridienne (my MC) is going, I will talk it out with my hubby or my 13-year-old brother-in-law (who is a part of my target audience). Usually, as I explain the story, it unfolds. All the little scenes really were leading somewhere. :o) Best of luck. Great blog.
